I purchased this item about a year ago for a special party I was giving and would not have time to both manage my music and entertain my guest at the same time. I needed a remote to assist me. This product did its job! Now I am purchasing my 2nd one for portability of my music for a class i will be teaching. Again, I need an assistant. This thing works great. There was an issue that I finally figured out - I thought the first I had was broken and took it back. The 2nd one I got did the same thing. Here' what it is... The remote stays 'linked' for about 20 seconds and then 'goes to sleep'. I had trouble getting it to connect again (actually wouldn't).
