My 939 board has finally gotten long enough in the tooth that it was time to build a whole new system, so I am now using Asus again, DFI seems to have left the AMD crowd in the shadows. If you choose this board (or any board) do your research and pair up your memory to insure your getting the correct configuration. I don't overclock anymore so this board is perfect for what I want it to do, game, surf, and some video watching. ...more

The numerous features are great especially considering the price tag. Good construction, fairly fast boot (but watch out for internal USB devices, that adds like a second for each device!!, features a-plenty. Only one 16x slot. Don't see the use for the 1x, maybe audio. But this one's audio seems robust; excited to try out the 10-channel. ExpressGate does NOT use wifi adapters - didn't realize that one. The only drawback I can find, and I can live with is... the PCI slots are too close to the Video slot (PCI Express) especially if you use an aftermarket card with a heat sink/fan. You lose one pci slot. Would have liked more PCI slots further away from the Video slot. Its integrated video card is not the best of the market but for the price you pay for it, it is great! I could run most of my favorite games on it with decent configuration and resolution. Sound quality is good but not great, I will put a better one in the PCI slot. Talking about slots, they are very nice because of the space that you have to fit PCI-Express video cards on it.
