It heats up extremely fast and the sleeve that comes with it makes it perfect for fast put away. I gave it a four star rating because as other reviews have mentioned the heat setting is positioned where it is easy to hit with your thumb. They didn't require us to pay return postage (like many others do), and they shipped a replacement out immediately, instead of waiting until they received the defective one, like many other mail-order firms do.
